Ms. Le graduated from the University of Southern California in 2005 with a double major in political science and international relations. She then pursued her legal education at McGeorge School of Law graduated with JD in 1999, University of the Pacific, earning her Juris Doctor degree in 1999.
Passed the bar in 1999 and was immediately hired as a deputy district attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where I prosecuted a wide range of cases from filing to jury trial.

While awaiting bar results, Ms. Le gained invaluable experience as a senior law clerk at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. In this role, she honed her courtroom skills by arguing motions and even second-chaired a jury trial.
Prosecutorial Expertise
After passing the bar, Ms. Le was recruited as a deputy district attorney in Orange County. Over nearly six years, she prosecuted a wide range of cases, from initial investigation and filing to jury trial. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and the prosecution’s perspective.
